The robot uses iRVision bar code reading to sort two different types of cases from a conveyor. The robot picks and palletizes the boxes from the conveyor and palletizes to one of two pallets, alternating the boxes three layers high. The repeatability and short cycle times provided by the Gakushu robot are keys to successful palletizing systems. Also, bar code reading is ideal for customers who need to identify and separate box styles during the palletizing cycle. Features include High-speed palletizing with intelligent R-1000iA/80F Learning Gakushu robot equipped with iRVision. The Gakushu robot with learning vibration control (LVC) improves robot performance. The Gakushu robot optimizes the path data, reducing vibration while improving cycle time. The Gakushu robot shows a 12 percent improvement in cycle time compared to the robot without LVC.
